Our bodies are made up of billions of interacting cells, each living, breathing, thinking and feeling, but most importantly cells are always retaining and reacting. At the moment of birth our spirit infuses those cells with emotional, mental, and physical data. Whether one believes in reincarnation or not, we can also look at it through the lens of our ancestors and how we are a part of them, taking on similar physical and emotional attributes. Our spiritual and emotional self reside safe in our subconscious mind until called upon by experiences and triggers. If we think about the response we may have towards something that hurt or excited us years prior or when you smell a perfume and it transports you to a time, place and perhaps a person in your life many years ago - it is this response that proves the notion of cellular memory. It is through the vehicle of your soul & spirit that it can transcend lifetimes.
